what’s going on here? woke up hot & hr slowly climbed up to 171 & down randomly. ER said mild food poisoning so elevated hr is normal but said this was higher than norm. BUT - my heart seems to be doing these jumps recently when I am more stressed/anxious. not worried just tryin to understand! Tia 🙂
