Just had this experience. I had almost 3 days of broken sleep ( not more than 2 hours per day, and somewhat vivid dreams ), and finally had a good sleep yesterday, which I slept for at least 6 hours + without any recollection of what happened, but in fact I felt more fatigue today. Is this normal?

My right leg lose function for minutes when I get out of bed, and I fall down. But after 1-2 minute or so, leg start feeling tingling, and get back to normal within 5 minutes.
