Help! 2 of my angelfish had babies which are now free swimming so I put the third one in a breeder box. Should I move him to an uncycled tank or not?

How to dispose of fungused angelfish wrigglers? Sorry for the low photo quality but the dead fungused fry are surrounded by healthy ones and it's impossible to use a pipette or tweezers to remove them. What do I do?
