I want to add a sub or party speaker to the trunk. The car came with aftermarket head unit and wiring. What kind of speaker do I need to connect to these wires? I’m a complete noob with audio but I’m really good at low voltage wiring. Thanks in advance

This came out the box with the direction switch unattached. Is this broke or is there a way to insert it?
